I’m Perry Rickard, founder of Bluebird Organizing, where I help individuals, families, and teams create clarity, confidence, and calm by organizing their spaces, schedules, and digital lives. Over the years, I’ve learned that clutter isn’t just physical. It shows up in our calendars, inboxes, expectations, and emotional load. My work blends organizing, coaching, and psychology-informed systems to help people move out of overwhelm and into alignment.My process begins with understanding rather than assuming or boxing you in. I take time to learn how you think, what’s weighing on you, and what habits naturally shape your day. From there, I design systems that honor your capacity, your routines, and your long-term goals. I work with a wide range of clients who are tired of feeling like they’re drowning. Some are in a major life transition, such as moving into a new home and want systems set up from day one. Others have been living with chronic clutter for years and feel embarrassed, stuck, or unsure how to begin. I also regularly support people or corporate teams whose schedules feel like overstuffed storage units and they can’t seem to find breathing room no matter how hard they try.Across all of my offerings my goal is always the same: to create systems that support the real you, not a hypothetical perfect version of you.
