ABOUT PERRY R. PETERSON
I am an engineering educator at Camosun College, Victoria and Alexander Graham Bell Scholar undertaking doctoral research in geomatics at the University of Calgary. I am a Fellow of the Royal Canadian Geographical Society. I received my undergraduate degree in civil engineering degree from Lakehead University in 1988 and a diploma in civil engineering technology from Loyalist College in 1985. I completed a diploma of education, the British Columbia Provincial Instructors Diploma Program, in 2021. My passion is promoting better decisions through the lens of education, engineering, and exploration. I like to teach others how to use the Earth as an underlying organizing structure for data.
