After 40+ years in the hotel biz, I\'d had enough. The biz has changed so much. The very best thing about it used to be the autonomy, and the ability to actually manage your team. Now the management companies want you to ask to spend every quarter. Tough to swallow for a guy who had a fantastic partnership for 26 years with a truly great American.(RIP Ken!)So now I am driving school kids, which is a pretty good gig most days.
