ABOUT PERRY MENZIES

Founded in 1893, The Terminal Corporation has been an industry leader in warehousing and transportation. It came into my family\'s control in the 1960\'s and I am proud to be part of the 4th generation of Menzies to take the helm of this incredible organization. I have been fortunate enough to have incredible mentors (Scott Menzies and Jock Menzies, to name a few) who have, over many years, instilled in me the leadership qualities, work ethic and industry knowledge that have allowed me to progress to where I am now. My experience at The Terminal Corporation started from the ground up, the only way my father would allow us to enter the business. I have held just about every position in our organization. At the time, it was frustrating to not have a greater immediate impact on the company. Looking back, it has proved to be an invaluable experience and, in my mind, the only true way to learn a business and to preserve its culture for generations to come.As the CEO, my focus is on leveraging the extensive experience and relationships I have gained at every level of our company to drive operational excellence, strategic growth, and customer success without sacrifice to our family-oriented culture and customer-first attitude that are the bedrock of our success.
