Senior Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability Lead for a Global Manufacturer of Industrial Thermal Technologies, including Industrial Heaters and Systems, Heat Trace Solutions, and Component Heating Solutions with revenues in excess of $400 million. Responsible for leading the Global EH & S transformation of the Electric Thermal Solution (ETS) Division of Spirax Sarco Engineering (UK Headquarters), which consists of three businesses: Chromalox, Thermocoax, and IsoPad. ETS employs ~1300 employees at 8 Supply (Operations) and 12 Sales companies across 4 continents (North America, South America, Europe, and Asia). • Ensure the successful integration of Spirax Sarco Engineering EHS & S Policies and Procedures. • Develop and implement company-wide policies and procedures, including development of key initiatives. • Build and mentor a team of EHS professionals to support the 8 Supply and 12 Sales Companies. • Implementation of an EHS Management System; aiding sites in achieving ISO45001 certification. • Serve as Technical Lead and Subject Matter Expert on Pandemic Response Measures (COVID-19) ensuring that resources and control measures are in place at all locations. • Partnering with Corporate Group Function and peers in other Spirax Sarco subsidiaries to develop a Sustainability Strategy to align to 2030 Targets under the UN Sustainability Compact. • Drive reporting and trending of key leading indicators, including the implementation of an electronic data management system to improve employee self-reporting.
