Craig Hospital in Denver, CO is a private, non-profi hospital exclusively specialized in the medical treatment, rehabilitation and research for patients with spinal cord injury and brain injury since 1956. Our mission is to promote optimal health and quality of life for people affected by SCI and acquired brain injury. A federally designated NIDRR Model Systems for SCI since 1974, and NIDRR TBI Model System of Care since 1998. Craig Hospital is the NIDRR TBI National Statistical Center 2006-present. American Nursing Association Quality Improvement Solutions has ranked Craig Hospital #1 for Quality Rehab Hospital 3 out of the last 4 years in their NDNQI Awards. Creating and managing strategic relationships with trauma hospital professionals, comprehensive stroke center professionals, payers, case managers, patients and families to advocate for best outcomes and practices for persons with acquired spinal cord, brain injuries and neuromuscular diseases.
