After 14 years working various roles within the Hospitality industry in NYC, Perri transitioned to the 9-5 and started a new career in People Operations in 2016. After 8 rewarding years in that field, today, Perri is excited to pour her energy into a personal passion project turned full time focus as the Owner and Curator of The WonderMart - a Brooklyn based community-driven gift shop exclusively showcasing goods and gifts made or designed in New York State. Now in its 6th year in operation, The WonderMart supports a diverse roster of 200+ makers and indie brands from across NY State, creating unique handcrafted goods for the home and body. We exclusively stock handcrafted goods that are made or designed in New York State and currently share in success with 200+ emerging brands.We make it fun (and easy) to shop local and support small makers for any occasion! 100% LOCALOur shop is unique in that we exclusively work with makers who reside and create in our home state of New York. A combination of something we love (the arts) and something we need (meaningful connection with others), we\'ve made it our mission to provide emerging brands and indie makers with a space to always sell from while making it easier for consumers to discover their unique, handmade products.
