Product Management:\\\\n• Define and present the product vision and roadmap\\\\n• Create and prioritize the backlog (Objectives, Epics, User Stories, Refinement) according to the needs and objectives of the business team by taking into account the business value, the effort of realization, the risk and the technical knowledge\\\\n• Be responsible for its KPIs and for measuring the impact of changes on projects\\\\n• Define the framework for the team with the help of the Scrum Master\\\\n\\\\n\\\\nBusiness Analysis:\\\\n• Analyze and synthesize information provided by business partners, in particular media planners and managers\\\\n• Participate in the evaluation and benchmarking of market solutions\\\\n• Identify business rules, functional requirements, non-functional requirements through cases and propose fit-gap analysis\\\\n• Capture “As is” and “to be” business processes workflows\\\\n• Work with the IT teams to develop integrated processes and technology solutions\\\\n• Participate in the execution of an Agile methodology for the delivery of IT development\\\\n• Create tests cases, conduct manual testing and Support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase\\\\n• Map and document the media solutions ecosystem and data flows in place\\\\n• Make sure documentation is always up to date and in an appropriate format for the expected audience\\\\n• Ensure knowledge transfer and documentation of the new solution to support team\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
