I am working within the Regional Planning Program, a department of the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) that analyzes trends in the Bay Area\'s transportation and land use. Specifically I contribute to the Plan Bay Area 2050+ Implementation Plan, bringing together internal and external stakeholders, across the topics of transportation, housing, economy, and environment, to prioritize actions MTC will take over the next 5 years. I also am collaborating with the data team to develop metrics to track Plan Bay Area implementation progress. I also contribute to resilience planning by mapping wildfire hazard using GIS, helping organize a wildfire and housing webinar, and analyzing housing trends.
