   The Housing Finance Specialist will be responsible for identifying successful initiatives to provide support and guidance for the program, ensuring that it is following federal guidelines and creating relationships across the state to serve the homelessness population as well as the qualified population. This role requires someone who can create opportunities, establish policies, and implement effective programs to meet the needs of the targeted populations.Key Responsibilities-Identify successful initiatives to provide support and guidance for the HOME ARP Funding Program-Ensure that HOME ARP is following federal guidelines and regulations for multi-million dollar grant-Ensure policies and guidelines are enforced for state funding-Create and foster relationships across Louisiana to serve the homelessness population as well as the qualified population-Develop and implement policies and procedures for the home ARP program-Create opportunities to increase program visibility and engagement-Establish and manage a website to provide program information and resources-Develop marketing strategies to promote the program to potential beneficiaries and stakeholders-Work closely with program and community partners to coordinate program delivery and provide technical assistance-Collaborate with other agencies and organizations to leverage resources and support the program.
