Determine and organize photo archive entries and supervise everything related to the storage and distribution of those files. This includes coordination of international sales through our foreign partners.• Function cooperatively to support the company’s sales department, primarily dealing with North American transactions.• Oversee digital production workflow and technologies; troubleshoot smaller hardware or software issues within the office.• Oversee the annual expansion of and manage a contributing photographers’ roster and international partner agents and collective content providers.• Act as point person for the upload and distribution of The New York Times daily production on behalf of Redux Pictures and our network of foreign partners.• Research, recruit and vet new partners and photographers for syndication and stock representation.• Administer individual photographer restrictions and content embargoes.• Coordinate and guide special news coverage with contributors globally or recommend them to our sales or assignments departments for a specific request or editorial assignment.• Facilitate discussion to negotiate partner and contributor contracts.• Drive efficient internal transfer of photographic assets through coordination with assignment and sales departments. • Create and dispatch feature email promotions for Redux Pictures, The New York Times and foreign contributing partners.• Provide input and support on website redesigns and agency-wide rebranding efforts.
