ABOUT PERPETUAH MUTHUI
I have more than fifteen years of experience in embedding diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) principles into organizational plans. I support leaders in developing communities or workplaces where people of different backgrounds, lived experiences and abilities are welcomed, expected, reflected, treated with respect and feel included and have a sense of belonging. I am a specialist in inclusive practices and a passionate advocate for designing workplaces and communities that are inclusive, antiracist and empowering members to be creative and innovative.
