I am a Research Scientist at ServiceNow AI Research, where I lead the Enterprise Reliability Program focused on AI agent security, privacy, robustness, and multimodal grounding. I also serve as an Adjunct Professor at McGill University and an Associate Industry Member at MILA.My research spans multimodal foundation models, knowledge graphs, and efficient inference, with a strong record of work that drives both scientific impact and strengthened product pipelines. I have led major projects across multimodal datasets and benchmarks, UI grounding, and efficient generation methods. I also supervise and mentor graduate researchers who now contribute across leading labs and industry teams.My current focus: advancing AI systems that can reason, perceive, and act securely and reliably in enterprise environments.
