ABOUT PERON A. TROTMAN
I served as a Captain in the United States Air Force, leading as the Deployed Operations Mobility Flight Commander for the 321st Contingency Response Squadron. In this role, we trained to deploy and sustain missions in any environment, at any time. At the Academy, I held multiple leadership positions and mentored younger classes, helping them navigate challenges and develop their potential. During my Air Force tenure, I supported numerous large-scale fighter exercises and major missions, including Operation Allies Welcome at JB McGuire, NJ.Since then, I have worked as a real estate and business development consultant for NextEra Energy Inc. and currently as a DOD Integration and Business Consultant for SBIR Advisors.I am driven by three pillars I believe are essential to thriving communities: Infrastructure, Finance, and Education. I aspired to catalyze positive change and growth in these areas across minority communities, leveraging leadership, collaboration, and strategic partnerships to create lasting impact.
