I (LTV) am helping Accounting Firm Owners to develop their pot of gold (Their Company) that they have built over many years, and to take back control of their lives by working less, while making more. Many tell me, well Per, I am working 60-80-hours a week, often weekends, to be able to keep up. I don\'t feel like I am sitting on a pot of gold, so I do not know how that can ever be done.
