ABOUT PERNILLA DORCH

I have never tried that before I am sure I can manage! Getting certain conditions and then creating others yourself or in a team to reach a goal is one of the most fun things I know. My believe is that the ingrediens for a successful long business relationship are built on trust, the ability to listen, to be solution oriented and engaged. Working as a Project leader, Sales Manager and with Client Management this has been key for me. As a leader, I am unpretentious, clear and committed. Through inspiration, enthusiasm and strong commitment I can get a team to pull in the same direction and give their outmost to achieve goals, both financial and service-oriented. As a colleague I bring energy and positive thinking along with my skills. I am a team player but are used to work alone and drive projects forward. I am driven by the combination of teamwork and independence and believe wholeheartedly that interaction between people breeds success. Being curious and having the desire to learn new things is a great asset. Loyalty, transparency and trust are important values for me.
