ABOUT PERNILLA CRUSENBORG

My background is within auditing and accounting. I have many years of experience from managing and leading high-performance teams. My passion is to create brave and devoted teams to deliver world class finance services to support commercial success and sustainable business development. I possess strong business acumen and strategic financial awareness. My core expertise is within accounting, specialized on the international standards IFRS. I have worked with financial reporting, sustainability, governance, risk and compliance on many large and complex assignments during the past 20 years. I have led various projects and work streams to improve effectiveness of processes and governance during my career. I was previously Head of Group Accounting at Svea Solar. Svea Solar is one of Europe\'s leading solar companies, with local offices in Sweden, Spain, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Italy. Being one of the key forces in building Europe’s integrated and sustainable energy ecosystem and acting as its aggregator. I was focusing on accelerating the financial transformation and driving the change for the next phase for Svea Solar. My time as Head of Group Accounting at AFRY during six years has given me the experience of supporting a true growth journey and financial transformation. AFRY is a European leader in engineering, design, and advisory services, with a global reach. AFRY has employees and annual sales amount to approximately SEK 25 billion (2023). Extensive experience from M&A, consolidating and integrating some 50 companies into AFRY during the years 20••••23. The largest one being the acquisition of the listed company Pöyry Oy in 2019. Also working closely with Group Executive Management, Investor relations and the Audit committee of the Group Board of Directors. I was, prior to starting at AFRY, a Director and Authorized public accountant at PwC. I worked as an auditor at PwC specializing in audits of large international and Swedish public companies. Conducting and managing audits for a range of clients in different industries.
