Quality Processes Development: Continuously improve quality processes by supporting their development, implementation, and enforcement. • Trace Gains Implementation: Assist in the implementation of Trace Gains and enhance programs including Environmental Monitoring, Product Micros & Pathogen Testing, Hold & Rework, Receiving Quality Grading, Customer Complaints & Response, Change Over, and Product Evaluation. • Technical Support: Provide technical support for operational improvement and new product developments, partnering closely with R&D and Operations. • Testing Programs Enforcement: Enforce robust testing programs on food products to ensure regulatory compliance and product safety for consumers. • Quality Issues Management: Manage the investigation and reporting of quality issues, implement internal audit control processes, and identify trends and opportunities for improvement or corrective action through proper analysis. • Audit Coordination: Coordinate internal, external, and customer audits as required. • Facility Audits Participation: Partake in daily facility audits. • QA Department Oversight: Oversee day-to-day activities in the QA department, ensuring all technicians are functioning and prioritizing tasks with the assistance of the Lab Coordinator. • Documentation Review: Review documentation and workflows via Trace Gains, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint. • Employee Training: Lead training of all employees in food safety.
