Individual Accomplishments: Creating enterprise value requires me to “model the way” in my individual performance: • Deal Completions: Completed more individual real estate transactions over the past five years than any other Panda real estate attorney. • Stakeholder Support: Consistently ranked by our stakeholders for providing the highest level of service and support. • Real Estate Symposium: Lead and organize Panda’s annual Real Estate Legal Symposium that gathers the in-house legal and business representatives from the nation’s leading quick-service and fast-casual restaurants to share best practices and benchmarking data. • Special Assignments from Leadership: The go-to resource resolution strategic legal advice, expedited negotiation of agreements, and resolutions.
