Whether it’s helping a job seeker understand how to take that first step into a new opportunity or working with delivery partners to ensure support is aligned and accessible, I’ve learned that meaningful outcomes are built on connection. Every day, I help bridge the gap between intention and execution. I collaborate with Employment Advisors, liaise with external partners, and keep communication flowing across multidisciplinary teams — ensuring each participant feels heard and supported. I advocate for clarity, reduce friction in onboarding processes, and guide individuals into services that can change their lives. The impact? Improved program engagement, smoother onboarding journeys, and trusted relationships with the people and partners who make it all possible.
