Create and implement legal strategies to respond to and mitigate such risks. • Handle all legal matters in the areas of public relations, communications, advertising, marketing, issues and crisis, film and digital productions, all of which include contract drafting and negotiations of client agreements, vendor agreements, event production and venue agreements, celebrity agreements, talent and influencer agreements, media buys, sponsorship agreements, sweepstakes agreements, film production agreements, social media marketing, media platforms, and user-generated content matters.• Counsel in all areas of intellectual property, new media, marketing, and entertainment deals.• Advise on claim substantiation, false advertising, and rights of privacy/publicity for marketing and advertising materials in traditional and online mediums. • Manage domestic and global intellectual property portfolio.• Partner with all business teams to ensure compliance and enforcement of each agencies’ contractual requirements.• Structure, draft, and negotiate various corporate agreements, including employment agreements, acquisition term sheets, intellectual property acquisitions, executive compensation agreements, separation agreements, and non-compete agreements.• Monitor all litigation cases worldwide.• Develop and implement corporate policies, including, company’s Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy, and Social Media Policies.• Manage outside counsel globally.
