My core responsibilities include end-to-end design of plant layouts, creating detailed engineering drawings, and contributing to efficient mill operations through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and drafting of comprehensive plant layouts and equipment arrangements using AutoCAD, supporting both new installations and plant modifications.Prepare and maintain production, performance, and downtime analysis reports to support data-driven decision-making.Design and deliver technical presentations for audits, management reviews, and project proposals.Collaborate with production, maintenance, and safety teams to align engineering designs with operational goals.Provide on-ground support for rolling mill operations, ensuring alignment with design specifications and performance targets.
