About David Perez

A veteran leader in business and technology with more than two decades of experience. I have shaped my career managing teams in wide breadth of functions from Customer Service and Supply Chain to Technology. In my current role I have spearheaded major technology transformations enabling the organization to have a differentiated value proposition from our competitors. One of my greatest strengths is organizational and team development. I thrive creating environments that support growth and handle increasingly complex technologies; environments where diverse teams can thrive and talent is challenged to take on stretch assignments to grow and develop. Throughout my career I have built out teams inclusive of on-site, remote, onshore, nearshore and offshores members. I view technology as an investment center rather than a cost center. With this perspective, I take seriously the responsibility of stewarding the organization\'s investments into the most impactful efforts.
