Support the ICT Oversight & Governance Manager to ensure the smooth running of the service to an ITIL framework by acting as the day-to-day liaison between the company and the 3rd party support- Ensure incidents, requests and problems are handled according to agreed procedures including working with internal and 3rd party resources to drive solution- Involved in all aspects of the delivery life cycle, including procurement, project execution/transition, support and delivery management- Monitor and coordinates Change in live services, ensure effective control and treatment of risk to the availability, performance, security and compliance of the services impacted, including representing LPF at CAB as required- Perform technical tasks, such as troubleshooting technical issues, and administrative tasks, such as managing performance and check the quality of inventory- Provide IT support, guidance and training to staff and assist in the promotion and communication of the key ITSM processes to all relevant parties.
