Develop ATP, Tactical Employment of Small Unmanned Aerial Systems which contain techniques for the Tactical Employment of Small Unmanned Aerial Systems. Coordinate the development of the ATP with Government technical representatives from the Doctrine and Collective Training Division of the Directorate of Training and Doctrine Development (DOTD) at the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE). Prepare all documentation for the Government to use in staffing the initial and final drafts of the manual. Provide recommendations to the Government in adjudicating comments received during staffing of the manual. Prepare all documentation (information papers, approval briefing, and consolidation of DA Forms 2028 received) in support of the development process. Liaising with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables. Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects. Help to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables. Analyze data as required. Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices and drawing estimates. Tracking and reporting project progress. Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner.
