With 20 years experience in the telecomms industry, 12 years of experience as a Senior Systems Engineer, I have developed and maintained a wide range of data network and system applications, covering core, backbone, B2B, residential, and mobile networks. I have also supported system applications such as DHCP, DNS, RADIUS, TFTP, email, and web hosting, using various technologies and platforms such as Juniper, Alcatel, Cisco UCS, Dell VxRail, Arris, Nominum, Allot, Mondial, and Zeus. As part of my role, I have also planned, built, and tested various MPLS circuits, including national ethernet, EVPN, and HCS management, using network inventory systems such as Cramer and Force, and configuring and installing NTU equipment at POP and customer sites. I have also followed up my previous work with the London Underground Wifi Service, ensuring its reliability and performance. I am passionate about improving my knowledge and abilities, as well as improving processes and systems where possible. I hold a Higher Diploma in Computer Systems Security and a City and Guilds Marine Engineering qualification. I am a dedicated and collaborative team player who strives to deliver the highest service levels to the customers and the company.
