I’m Jose “Pepe” Hermosillo, founder of Casa Noble Tequila and a global executive with deep experience scaling premium beverage and lifestyle brands. From creating one of the world’s most acclaimed ultra-premium tequilas to overseeing global spirits strategy at Constellation Brands, I’ve built a career at the intersection of craft, culture, and scale.As SVP of Global Spirits at Constellation, I led M&A integrations, developed award-winning brands like Mi Campo Tequila, and expanded key growth platforms including High West Whiskey. I was also entrusted with Constellation’s Wine & Spirits operations across Latin America and the Caribbean, its most successful growth international region.Prior to spirits, I helped take a major construction firm public, led ventures in hospitality, and served on multiple boards.
