ABOUT SIVANNARAYANA P.

As a Sr. DevOps Engineer at 8x8, a leading provider of cloud communications and customer engagement solutions, I leveraged my AWS certification and 10+ years of experience in cloud engineering and automation to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure SaaS products. I worked with a cross-functional team of developers, testers, and operations to design, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure and services, using best practices and tools such as Elasticsearch, Lambda, Docker, and Kubernetes.Previously, I was an AWS DevOps Engineer at Xoriant, a global software engineering and product development company, where I helped clients optimize their cloud resources and performance, and supported the deployment and management of complex AWS IaaS platforms. I also contributed to the automation of build and deployment processes, and the enhancement of Linux administration. In addition, I gained experience in project and resource management, using Project Portfolio Management (PPM) software. I have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to new and challenging environments, as well as to work independently or with a team. My goal is to apply my AWS expertise and DevOps leadership to create innovative and customer-centric solutions.
