Manage end-to-end business relationships with national distributors (NDs), including onboarding, performance tracking, and escalation management.2. Drive equity, hybrid, and debt product penetration by aligning fund positioning with market cycles and distributor business models.3. Monitor AUM trends, SIP book growth, and net sales data through internal dashboards and Excel-based analysis for decision-making and distributor segmentation.4. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to curate co-branded collaterals and campaign rollouts specific to ND business verticals.5. Conduct technical product deep dives and portfolio discussions with ND sales heads and RMs using factsheets, return sheets, and risk parameters (SD, beta, Sharpe, etc.).6. Review transaction MIS, trail commission flows, and brokerage reconciliation to ensure business hygiene and compliance.7. Facilitate customized training and sales enablement for ND field force through CRM tools and digital platforms (e.g, Darpan, Emfos).8. Track industry flows (AMFI/NSE data), competitor movement, and key macro indicators (interest rates, credit spreads) to guide ND strategy.
