During my career, I have revitalized HR programs and bolstered employee relations and performance by effectively utilizing coaching, counseling and training initiatives. My HR experience includes working in diverse industries such as manufacturing, non-profit/local government, medical services and utility management.I have led Labor Relations with the following unions: Teamsters, AFSCME, IAEP, UAW and CWA.
