MCF is designed as a system for the fundraiser to engage the board, staff with beneficiaries, and donors building community serving the mission while prioritizing recommitment of donors. It is a repeatable 3-part system creating annual giving as the foundation program for donors to renew. Fundraisers can be more interactive with the budget and program development staff to better inform donors and to have staff better understand fundraising.There is a 3.5-page Manifesto written to understand the value of MCF.
