I am now the Chairman of the SSBR and have been on the BOD since 2009. I am active in the operation and organization of our current members. I enjoy working with a great professional group of Realtors to enhance our Real Estate Community. We are a progressive, organized group of Realtors and share the philosophy of the CAR and NAR. I look forward to a year that has many accomplishments throughout the year and the development of new brokers in our community.

ABOUT PENNY FLETCHER
I have lived in Steamboat Springs for 39+ years and have been active in and around the community. I have served on fundraising committees for many non-profits. I attained my Real Estate license in 1997 and have been one of the most successful brokers in our valley. I have a strong background in Resort Real Estate. Educating Buyers and Sellers on the Real Estate process I find rewarding. I take pride in being knowledgeable and working well with others. The Real Estate industry is ever-changing and needs an experienced broker to ensure the transaction has all the details clearly defined. My years of serving on the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors as the Chairman and committee member has given me extra knowledge of our industry. I find the most satisfying part of Real Estate is finding the perfect fit for the Buyers and helping the Sellers move on to their next adventure.
