Currently Corporate Recruitment Manager for DAI Europe, ensuring that the recruitment process is managed in line with DAI values and current best practice with positions successfully filled in a timely manner. I am also responsible for managing the induction process, working alongside our learning and development manager and business unit managers, enabling staff to complete a fulfilling and successful probation period. Other responsibilities include the contracting of permanent staff and fixed-term consultants and also oversight of DAI Europe communications.
