I lead global hiring for blockchain and Web3 teams, working closely with founders and engineering leaders to build strong, reliable teams. Most of my focus is on technical roles — from smart contract engineers to DevOps and product leaders — across fully remote environments. I’m used to hiring in competitive markets where great talent is hard to find, so I spend a lot of time sourcing, building pipelines, and creating a hiring process that actually works at scale.
