April 2021-Present Northrop Grumman, Administrative Assistant 3, to Site Director: My responsibilities include attending all Manager level meetings to take notes and contribute to the discussions and votes. Daily I produce notes to all staff members concerning events, Production Metrics, and new information. I collect Production Metrics from Leadership, Managers and produce Power Point presentations that are shared with Northrop Grumman Leadership at the Director and Vice President levels. During each month I create and drive several Power Point Metric presentations. Every morning I collect Attendance metrics, Return to Green quad slides, shop floor audits from 5 departments, training certifications, COVID reporting, and any other metrics needed to present to the Managers and Engineers to run NGC efficiently. As the Events chairman I set up all events we will participate in (2 per month) within the facility, in the community, and Corporate wide. Programs I work with include, Outlook, Word, TEAMS, Powerpoint, Calendars for all managers, driving the implementation of our Fablab, LX training certifications, Excel, and others specific to Oil and Gas. I also coordinate travel for staff using Concur and other travel sites. This site is closing Fall 2024.
