ABOUT PENNY REYNOLDS-WOODWARD

I have over 22 years experience in Lettings and Property Management in residential, block and student lettings in the South West covering Exeter down to Plymouth and have managed over properties in this area with many 100’s more on a tenant find.I consult in buy to let investments, fully managed and tenant find contracts and all legal paperwork and have built up a great rapport with many portfolio and individual landlords over the years and have a very strong and trusted relationship with them.I love to find a home and not just a property by listening and advising tenants and landlords to ensure perfect matches and long term benefits and have built up strong connections over many years with contractors so that the owners and tenants have trust in works carried out.I do the full marketing including all property photographs, video tours and social media.Fluent in Blocks Online, CFP, Jupix and C.A.R.L. property management software and with my engineering background I have a high skill set in multitasking and problem solving. I am a conscientious, task-oriented individual who equally enjoys working in a team environment as well as on my own initiative. Being self-motivated, I will approach any given challenge with a positive attitude, setting my own high standards.I am a reliable and trustworthy colleague with excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of humour.I love to continue to study and I am currently studying for my level 4 in property management to which I would become FARLA at the end of the course
