A purpose-driven leader in community development and social value, I currently lead the Creating Futures team at Creating Enterprise. The focus of our work is embedding social impact across the organisation — from supporting sustainable tenancies to increasing opportunities for employment, training, and community engagement.With a background in entrepreneurship, youth entrepreneurship, employability, social impact, and stakeholder engagement, I bring a hands-on approach to developing new initiatives, managing grant-funded projects and designing and delivering impactful programmes that help individuals and communities thrive.I’m passionate about collaboration building strong partnerships to deliver innovative services that reflect local community needs.• Drives implementation of the Social Impact Strategy across housing and community services• Delivers projects that support sustainable tenancies and create local employment/training opportunities• Oversees Community Hubs and manages grant-funded programmes• Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and motivating individuals into work, training, or volunteering• Proven track record in managing teams and leading innovative initiatives• Build strong partnerships with local agencies, funders, and stakeholders• Passionate about social justice, inclusive opportunity and doing the right thing• Committed to quality, collaboration and continuous improvement
