Hi, I’m Penny - a curiosity-driven system thinker and problem solver working at the intersection of AI research and product.In my current role, I drive AI product strategy and R&D initiatives, working closely with researchers and engineers to translate emerging capabilities into real-world applications. My work spans conversational, multimodal and agent-based systems, with a focus on turning early-stage research into prototypes, demos, and product directions that can scale.I started my career as an AI/ML engineer and over the past 9+ years, I’ve worked across on-device GenAI, conversational and recommendation systems for smart home products, AR/VR interaction, user behaviour modelling, synthetic data generation, and treatment prediction in cancer research.
