I specialise in patent litigation in the life sciences sector, representing clients before the UK patent courts, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. I have also represented clients in referrals to the CJEU and EFTA Court and in European Patent Office opposition and appeal proceedings. I am experienced in co-ordinating multi-jurisdictional patent litigation. I also represent clients in patent licence disputes before the UK courts and in arbitration.
