I have 20 years’ experience in property and commercial litigation. My work spans the full range of commercial landlord & tenant related disputes, in particular opposed and unopposed 1954 Act lease renewals, Electronic Communications Code, contested break notices, disrepair and dilapidations, service charge issues, contested rent reviews, rent and service charge recovery, forfeiture and possession claims, commercial tenant insolvency. My experience also comprises residential landlord and tenant related disputes, enfranchisement, lease extensions, rights of first refusal, HMO licensing, service charge matters including s20 and related tribunal proceedings. My work also covers enforcement of easements, restrictive covenants and right to light, trespass and nuisance, Japanese Knotweed claims, adverse possession and squatters, disputes concerning estate rent charges, vendor misrepresentation, neighbour and boundary disputes, TOLATA claims, development related disputes, and anti-social behaviour injunctions.
