With over a dozen years of serving communities via its local government, it has been humbling to see the positive transformation in communities, level of services, infrastructure, funding opportunities and its impact on citizens be it social, economical, cultural and other ways. What a privilege it has been to be in the service of my fellow citizens and to be an agent not only for change, but for hope, humanity and equality. Challenges and difficult days are abound, however; brighter days, greater opportunities and joyful moments are more bounteous.
