Business AI Knowledge PlatformI build the Knowledge Platform for Meta’s Business AI agents from scratch - the foundational layer that equips AI agents across Messenger/WhatsApp/Facebook/Instagram with the business knowledge to answer questions, take actions, and close sales, for millions of businesses worldwide - driving monetization for Meta. AI agents are only as good as what they know. Business data is scattered across chat histories, social posts, websites, images, videos, and third-party platforms. Turning that into structured high-value knowledge at massive scale is the hard work that makes AI agent generate revenue, not just text. That’s the core problem we solve. I grow this strong engineering team from scratch. We operate as a flat AI-native organization of strong engineers with end-to-end ownership, where individual engineers own cross-domain delivery spanning data, machine learning, infrastructure, and product layers.
