Developed, optimized, and validated functional assays (including high-content imaging, JESS, in-cell Western, and AlphaLISA) to characterize drug mechanism of action and evaluate target engagement. Engineered human cell lines to screen suitable antibodies and determine optimal assay conditions. Managed CRO operations and analyzed CRO-generated data on a weekly basis to support structure–activity relationship (SAR).
