Neighbor. is a healing justice organization that is dedicated to using art, education, and spirituality as powerful tools to build and strengthen communities. Our mission is to provide a safe and inclusive space that centers Black queer identities through a Black queer feminism framework where people from all walks of life can come together to explore, learn, connect, and unite. We move toward the future knowing that we cant get rid of or change harmful systems without addressing the beliefs that sustains them-Develops organizational strategy to carry out Neighbor\'s mission, vision, and theory of change -organized biweekly community resource events for unhoused neighbors living with HIV - Manages the facilitation the reconnection of unhoused neighbors to back into society through social programming-Develops and implements programming initiatives-Facilitates DEI trainings focusing on LGBTQIA lived experiences and its intersection with mental health, suicide prevention, and Black communities-Curates safe spaces for open dialogue on social issues in the Greater Atlanta Area-Oversees conflict mediation with community partners-Conducts wide range of DEI consulting ( processes, procedures, business plans, professional development, university & college lectures, keynote speaking)-Executes research consulting with universities-Leads fundraising and community relations strategy -Creates and manages annual budget & programming budget
