Creates and maintains documentation for a broad external audience of general users, IT administrators, developers, and enterprise customers.\\\\n• Writes weekly release notes for beta and stable versions of the 1Password apps.\\\\n• Provides feedback and helps teammates edit their work before publishing.\\\\n• Keeps a regular open dialogue with Customer Success, Customer Support, and Solutions Engineering to make sure our docs are relevant and up to date.\\\\n• Uses Google Analytics to better understand the path our customers take to and from docs.\\\\n• Works with the Content Design team to help improve UI flow.\\\\n• Helps write and maintain internal documentation for the Customer Support team.\\\\n• Strategizes the best way to archive and manage legacy docs when major new versions are released.\\\\n• Maintains a 1Password Style Guide to help our written style stay consistent throughout the company.\\\\n\\\\nTech stack: Hugo, Markdown, GitLab, Docker, Vale, Visual Studio Code, Homebrew\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
