   Client 1: T-Mobile (USA) Duration: 2021 April to 2023 september\"In the T-Mobile project, I worked as a Quality Test Engineer. My responsibilities included gathering requirements from Product Managers during Scrum calls for the TIMO mobile and web applications. I created detailed test plans and validated the TIMO mobile application across various physical and emulator iOS devices (iPhones and iPads). I tested functionalities such as stock exchange, stock rebalance, store operations, damaged products, transfers, receiving, new stock, and DC-to-store processes. I also validated the same workflows on the TIMO web application. Also, I have supported the Tosca automation team in automating frequently tested scenarios\".Client 2: Etihad Airways (UAE)Duration: 2023 september to 2025 october“In the Etihad Airways project, I worked as a Middleware Test Specialist and Quality Test Engineer. My responsibilities included testing middleware layers for the Amadeus application, which serves as a provider to multiple consumers, including various airports such as LHR, DEL, BAH, DOH, BOM, MAA, BLR, operating from AUH. I used IBM MQ to transmit data from the provider to consumers and IBM ACE as the middleware tool to filter and route data based on consumer requirements. I utilized Amadeus ARD Web for ticket booking, Amadeus Inventory to create flight schedules, Amadeus Customer Management for passenger check-in and boarding pass scanning, and Amadeus Flight Management PDT to manage flight departures.
