A Speech & Language Therapist for 20 years, I\'ve worked in a variety of settings within the NHS and independently, with both adults and children. I am also a mindfulness practitioner, songwriter and singer.My approach & ethos towards intervention is as holistic as possible, working with strengths to develop an individual\'s capacities, skills and communicative competence. The overarching rationale of all my therapy is to bring about positive change and to enable expressiveness, greater confidence and communication to the best of your ability. It can also be fun! This means we may work on a variety of levels, depending on what is needed.
