running engineering for 4 products: onboarding, shiftleft, fetchers, cloudscanners, working cross-group to deliver products at scale- primary design stakeholder- scaled the cloudscanner product from 0 to millions of assets scans / trillions of files scanned per week- revolutionised onboarding to create a seamless integration path for new customers. AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle- rebuilt the asset fetching mechanism by building code-generators to pull new asset support time from weeks to hours- building several teams from scratch and establishing an office and entity in the UK- managing a team of managers and group architects- customer facing; triaging, escalations, procurement- recruiting in the UK, Iceland, Israel and the US. Frontend/backend/devops engineers, junior to principal- still very hands on. primarily Go/Linux/K8s/AWS, but also some Java/GCP/Azure/Oracle- driving velocity, performance and reliability improvements.
