   Prepared lease and retail deals (including out of state deals and commercial); checked rates, residuals, and fees according to lenders\' terms and printed all legal documentation/contracts for leasing managers to present to clients to be signed. Prepared all signed and completed deals to be sent in to the appropriate lender in order for the deal to be funded. Notarized necessary documents and processed titling paperwork. Entered every deal into ADP to calculate the gross and commission for the leasing manager and created the pay voucher for the accounting department.Prioritized workload to meet weekly payroll deadlines and month-end deadlines. Adapted to latest state laws and procedures; enforced company policy changes.Also did a variety of miscellaneous tasks such as taking deposits, preparing drafts for dealers, issued Buyer’s Tags and Dealer’s Tags through Vision21 system in compliance with state law, submitting request for loaner vehicles for clients, issued PO’s to various venders, and performed daily sales log updates for upper management to track process of deals.
