ABOUT FRANCESCA H.

I’m Francesca(Peicen)Han, a final-year law student at the University of Leeds. With a strong cross-cultural background and solid academic training, I have developed key legal research, writing, and analytical skills. My experiences include working as a legal intern at King & Wood Mallesons and Zhong Lun Law Firm, where I assisted with case research on controlling shareholder changes, analysed the latest reforms to the Company Law, and helped prepare internal training materials.Beyond the classroom, I have engaged in mock trials and policy debates since high school, which sharpened my critical thinking and public speaking abilities. At the University of Leeds, I’m also active in the Chinese Students and Scholars Association, where I participate in contract negotiations and student outreach.I am particularly interested in the intersection of law and society, especially in relation to the protection of vulnerable groups. With a passion for justice and a global outlook, I look forward to contributing meaningfully to the legal field.
